Thanks Teresa. Admittedly, I’m my own harshest critic. And I’m impatient lol. I don’t eat many inflammatory foods. One of the positives I noticed is when I changed my diet, I stopped getting heartburn at night. Generally, my insides feel better after meals. The lack of quality sleep seems the biggest problem as it affects everything.

Well, being in a wheelchair, I don’t use a scale. Just can’t seem to get all 4 tires on at once lol. I measure my stomach circumference to try to track progress. It’s a misleading indicator, however, as, being perpetually seated, my stomach always sticks out like a wall-mounted air conditioner unit lol. It’s also the last place I lose weight. I could drop ten pounds, and my stomach would stay the same size, despite other areas being noticeably leaner. As a result, I look really weird with my shirt off which fails to inspire confidence lol.
