Yes, some people are this rude. Fortunately, their a small minority. Most people I encounter are kind and willing to help if necessary. Yeah, I remember being a kid and my neighborhood and school was a community. I knew most of my neighbors and most of my friends’ parents. That seems to be something of a bye-gone era these days.
