You know, I tried Tim Ferris’ “Slow-Carb Diet” in which you get all your carbs from vegetables and legumes about 5 years ago. I dropped about 20 pounds in 2 months, but was stuck there for the remaining 10 months I was on the diet. And I felt like crap the whole time. Part of my frustration is giving potential solutions enough time to see if they help. It’s one of the reasons I struggle to lose weight in the first place.
I like exercising, but I have to give my upper body a rest. And being in a wheelchair, walking isn’t an option. Well, not without substantial biotechnological or divine intervention lol.
